Emma — AI Business Consultant by N30C

N30C designs AI consultants around real businesses. Emma understands a business before recommending anything—asking thoughtful questions, then representing that business properly in front of its customers.

Depending on the business, a consultant can do some or all of the following:

Solutions

Helping Businesses Move Forward

Most organisations don't need more technology—they need clarity about which technology is worth their time. So we work the way a good consultant would: start with the challenge in front of you, then build only what moves it.

Capabilities grouped by the problem they solve, then set out as pathways from a real business challenge to a useful outcome.

For businesses missing customer enquiries

Customer Conversations

Reception, support, enquiry handling, lead qualification and booking—handled properly, with a person brought in when it matters.

For customers who need answers immediately

Business Knowledge

Accurate business information and trained knowledge available whenever someone asks, in your own tone of voice.

For teams drowning in admin

Business Operations

Routine workflows, administration and useful behind-the-scenes automation that quietly gives time back.

Challenge

Unsure where AI fits your business?

Approach

Emma helps uncover opportunities before recommending technology.

Outcome

A practical AI roadmap aligned with your business goals.

How we work

Four steps, in the order that matters

AI is the tool we work with—not the story we sell. The work starts with your customers and the conversations they already have with you.

  1. 01

    Listen

We start by understanding the business, its customers and the conversations or processes that matter most. No recommendations before we understand the situation.

  2. 02

    Design

We design the consultant around your knowledge, tone of voice, customer journey, standards and the outcomes you need. You stay involved in shaping it.

  3. 03

    Refine

We test, train and refine the consultant against realistic business scenarios. You approve the experience before customers ever rely on it.

  4. 04

    Support

We stay involved after launch. Real conversations and outcomes are reviewed, responses refined and the consultant improved over time.

Illustrative examples

Emma in Action

Different businesses need different conversations. These are illustrative examples of how a consultant can support customers while representing a business professionally—not a list of current clients. Live work is shown further down.

Demonstration

See Emma at Work

Choose a situation to see how a consultant listens first, asks useful questions and knows when a person should take over. These are scripted demonstrations, not live conversations.

The difference

A designed consultant, not a script

Simple assistants are genuinely useful for simple jobs. The difference is in how much of your business the conversation actually knows.

Basic scripted assistant

  • Predefined responses
  • Basic FAQ coverage
  • Fixed conversation flows
  • Limited business context

N30C consultant

  • Understands before advising
  • Built around the business's own knowledge
  • Asks thoughtful questions
  • Keeps conversational context
  • Represents the business professionally
  • Supports useful next actions
  • Improves through review and refinement

N30C principles

  1. 01

    Understand before advising

  2. 02

    Build trust before recommending

  3. 03

    Solve business problems

  4. 04

    Represent the business professionally

  5. 05

    Improve continuously

Industries

Understanding Industries, Not Just Technology

Every sector carries its own pressures—busy seasons, thin margins, enquiries arriving faster than anyone can answer them. Knowing that context is what turns a good idea into a useful one.

Here are some of the environments where this approach can be applied.

If your sector isn't listed here, it doesn't mean we can't help. The pressures change; the way we listen doesn't.

About N30C

Technology is powerful. Understanding people is essential.

N30C was created with a simple belief: AI should help organisations make better decisions, strengthen customer relationships and improve everyday operations—not replace the people who make businesses successful.

We work as consultants first. That means fewer assumptions, honest conversations about what AI can and can't do, and recommendations you can act on with confidence.

Our philosophy

Understand First

We listen before recommending. Every organisation is different.

Human-Centred AI

AI should support people—not replace meaningful human relationships.

Practical Innovation

We focus on measurable improvements instead of technology for its own sake.

Long-Term Partnership

We build solutions that continue improving as organisations grow.

The Emma story

Why Emma Exists

Emma was designed to think like a consultant rather than a chatbot.

A chatbot answers the question it was asked. Emma looks for the question behind it—so organisations leave a conversation with clearer decisions, not just replies.

Our approach

  1. Discover

We learn about your organisation, goals and pressures.

  2. Understand

We map how your people, customers and workflows actually operate.

  3. Design

We shape an approach around real outcomes, not tooling.

  4. Implement

We introduce solutions carefully, with minimal disruption.

  5. Improve

We refine continuously as your organisation grows.

Where N30C began

Grown from real customer-service work

N30C grew out of practical customer-service experience, not a technology pitch. The conviction behind it is straightforward: organisations should introduce AI around the needs of their people, their customers and their real day-to-day operations—not simply because the technology happens to be available.

That belief shapes how we work today. We start with understanding, recommend only what genuinely helps, and keep the human relationship at the centre of every decision.

“Your customers should feel looked after, not processed.”

A core principle of N30C’s approach

“The best AI doesn't begin with technology. It begins with understanding.”

Real N30C deployments

Emma is already working in real-world environments

These are live implementations, not demonstrations. One is a genuine external client deployment; the other is an N30C-owned product, where Emma is part of our own ongoing work rather than work delivered for a client. Not every deployment shown here is an independent external commercial client. Everything above this point is illustrative; everything here is real.
